Education and Development
The development of competencies in employees can begin with training or a series of seminars and should continue to support the application of gained knowledge and skills in practice. This is the only way we can guarantee maximal effectiveness in education and development for our clients. At the same time, the employee should realize that the most important element of the education and development of his skills is his attitude. No amount of training nor coaching can benefit anyone until he or she shows a willingness to develop, wants to study, is open to new information and accepts that there are still more improvements to be made.

When preparing educational and developmental activities for our clients we are aware of two aspects - that it is necessary to support the application of newly gained knowledge in practice and to motivate employees - make them interested in education and development and encourage them to value and enjoy cooperation.
FROM TRAINING TO DEVELOPMENT IN PRACTICE
The basic principle of our courses is the rule "Less is more". We would like our clients, who attend our courses not to receive masses of information but to gain high quality training with an emphasis on practice and for it to be in-depth so that those who attend our training gain security in what they learn and are able to start using newly gained skills and knowledge in practice. That is the goal of all training, right? This is how we help people to develop with maximal stress on the implementation of knowledge and skills in practice. ELTRA METHODOLOGY
The above-mentioned principles of education and development with our company are based on a patented methodology called ELTRA. We hold an ELTRA license and this methodology enables our clients to create a complex system of education such as
- Finding out what they need to develop;
- Employees motivation to cooperate while developing;
- Tailored content of the training;
- A choice of the most suitable lecturer from our database of lecturers from the Lektoři online portal;
- Interactive training on its own which finishes by making a list of the so called Three Agreements;
- Implementation coaching as a tool to support putting knowledge and skills into practice;
- Half- day application workshop every two months after the end of the training and effective feedback with suitable further training recommendations.
