Nowadays the words coach and coaching are used very often. Undoubtedly, coaching has become a tool for management in the 21st century. Coaching principles do not necessarily have to be used only for people management but we can effectively use them as a form of dialogue whereby a person being coached realizes possibilities he has not previously considered and sees the whole picture from a different perspective. This way we can help him to uncover his hidden potential and develop it to an extent which will be beneficial for both sides – the person being coached and a company he works for.

Coaching is not only one of the tools of ELTRA methodology for us, but we use it also for an individual approach for dealing with managers and businesspeople who want to solve specific problems at work or make changes and are looking for special support.
