I am an effective coach and I support my clients in finding solutions for their problems and in making changes. These changes may apply to personal or working life, as these two aspects mix together as one affects the other. I put emphasis especially on work with motivation, visions and goals. I offer a different point of view to my clients, I help to change their habits and I provide feedback to enable them to enjoy their success and improve self-awareness. I can give my clients the energy needed to change an obstacle into a challenge and realize their personal and working potential. The result of our cooperation will be clear, measurable and will lead to better working results as well as to an improvement in personal life. We start by defining a clear goal – "What do I need to change?" Then we make a plan for how to change "I know how to do it" and finally make the change step by step "I am the one who makes the change".

I use a combination of coaching principles according to the brain, and intuitive coaching tailored for the client. I lead my client to independence in problem solving, not to a dependence on the coach. I respect the principles of the ethical code of the International Coach Federation.
