During the last 11 years of active management of projects I have learnt how to be very efficient and how to aim at the goal. I lead strategic projects for big corporations as well as for small successful companies focused on deadlines, budget and provided quality. I train corporate and project managers in courses of practical project management. I do not lecture on theoretical working approaches such as are often published in various books. My counseling and training activities are based on my long-term experience as a project manager.

Professional background and education:

• I graduated in Informational management at the University of Hradec Králové;

• I graduated from the Military University of Ground Forces;

• More than 10 years of experience as a senior project manager in national and multinational companies;

• A certified teacher of ELTRA® methodology (ww.skills2business.eu).

Organized projects for companies: Centralization of enforcement activities and the construction of a new enforcement activities center – Česká spořitena; use of IT governance- Česká pojišťovna, Consolidation of contact centers of the biggest telecommunication operator; use of capacity planning in customer center of a foreign Bank –GE Money Bank.
