I have personal experience with education as a participant, and have gained knowledge and skills which have worked in practice. I know how to apply acquired skills in practice and have gained enough practical experience. I am able to motivate participants in such a way that they stop looking for reasons why something is not possible to do and look for ways to find solutions instead. I am able to adjust to any given situation and activate participants’ brains.

• Wista- Head Sales Manager, application of CRM systems and work with CRM systems as a sales representative and manager, personal coaching of a sales team based on CRM system;
