I like to use my age-long experience from expert and managerial work positions in Czech and international companies. I prefer a human approach and my motto is: "Less means more" which means that my goal is not only to teach and forward knowledge but to train skills thoroughly in a way that a client is ready to use them immediately in practice.

Professional Background and education:

• 10 years of experience in the field of personnel management, training, personality development, Assessment and Development Center, 5 years of experience in leading a team;

• 9 years of experience in personnel development and education and human resource management in international companies;

• I graduated from a year-long course of study "Interleader", Internal consulting and organizational management- Ashride – UK;

• A certified teacher of ELTRA® methodology (ww.skills2business.eu).

I organized training and educational projects for: as E.ON Czech Republic, Masterfoods, Makro Cash&Carry, ATMA Mumbai, SYMBIO Digital, Fleishman Hillard, Bremi, Radio ČAS, ČD-Telematika, E-people etc.
